Don’t receive parcel from rider if product is opened or damaged during shipment
If you receive Damage parcels then Company is not responsible for that
During Delivery if product is damage than company is not responsible
If product is missing then claim the company through e-mail with proof (pictures and video) within 24 course of delivery
Company will respond within 10, 15 working days
If you want to exchange your product then product should be in original condition
Company will replace the product in 10,15 working days after collection of parcels and verification by vendor
Company will not responsible for making any payments except Company’s official accounts
If any member will demand extra amount except product’s official price, company will permanently ban His/Her account
